Spoke with EL and with staff DL, PW, GA. Sampled the case files of WB, EL. Reviewed 12 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, individual risk assessments, education attendance and progress, key-work and one-to-one sessions, premises and environment, children's meetings.
