The visit

Spoke with DR, GF, FC, LW, MS and with staff AP. Sampled the case files of GF. Reviewed 11 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, health appointments and records, staff training and qualifications, activities, interests and time outside the home, online safety, safeguarding concerns and referrals.
