Spoke with no children and with staff RL, SR. Sampled the case files of no children. Reviewed 9 areas: missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, health appointments and records, children's meetings, physical intervention and restraint.
