Spoke with no children and with staff DK, EP. Sampled the case files of no children. Reviewed 11 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, sanctions and consequences, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, children's case files and care plans, medication management, education attendance and progress, premises and environment, visitors to the home, safeguarding concerns and referrals.
