Spoke with no children and with staff BE, CT, BG. Sampled the case files of no children. Reviewed 9 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, complaints, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, children's case files and care plans, key-work and one-to-one sessions, activities, interests and time outside the home.
