Spoke with no children and with staff HP, JJ, LL. Sampled the case files of no children. Reviewed 6 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, key-work and one-to-one sessions.
