The visit

Spoke with BG and with staff FW, JG, PS. Sampled the case files of KM. Reviewed 11 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, staff supervision, key-work and one-to-one sessions, premises and environment, statement of purpose.
