The visit

Spoke with TC, GW and with staff HJ, SD. Sampled the case files of GW, TC. Reviewed 10 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, medication management, key-work and one-to-one sessions, family time and contact.
