The visit

Spoke with GW, TC and with staff WC. Sampled the case files of TC. Reviewed 10 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, sanctions and consequences, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, health appointments and records, staff supervision, staff training and qualifications, key-work and one-to-one sessions.
