Spoke with TC and with staff AE, WR, PN. Sampled the case files of TC. Reviewed 10 areas: missing from home episodes, sanctions and consequences, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, individual risk assessments, health appointments and records, premises and environment, location risk assessment, physical intervention and restraint, safeguarding concerns and referrals.
