The visit

Spoke with RA, MK, AW and with staff AN. Sampled the case files of MK. Reviewed 15 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, medication management, health appointments and records, key-work and one-to-one sessions, premises and environment, fire safety, children's meetings, statement of purpose, location risk assessment.
