The visit

Spoke with MK, JK, LP, RA and with staff FT. Sampled the case files of MK. Reviewed 10 areas: physical intervention and restraint, missing from home episodes, complaints, sanctions and consequences, safeguarding concerns and referrals, regulation 40 notifications, children's views, children's case files and care plans, premises and environment, health and safety checks.
